Overview of ADC Program

WHAT IS THE ADC?

The ADC is a system that develops elite skill in young players.  The philosophy is that great teams need excellent individuals. The Alliance Development Center is broken into two groups:

(1) U8-U10 Competitive: 75% Individual Player Development; 25% Team Development.  Born 2017-2015.

(2) U11-U12 Competitive:  60% Individual Player Development; 40% Team Development.  Born 2014-2013.
