36 FC Alliance Players Currently Playing Men’s College Soccer

As the men’s college soccer season enters its second month, 36 FC Alliance alums are taking the field across all levels of play. Ranging from freshmen to seniors, many of these players are making a significant impact at the next level. Leadership at FC Alliance is thrilled with the massive representation across the nation. Although the club strives to have success in ECNL and ECNL-RL, the ultimate goal is to prepare players for college soccer.

One of the most highly decorated is Virginia Tech’s Andy Sullins, who played for 865 Alliance this summer. Sullins- recruited by MLS Academy Atlanta United when he was 16- has started four games for the Hokies and has already recorded an assist. Same for Lucas Nordin, who assisted the only goal for ETSU in a 1-1 tie with Presbyterian. Nordin has started two games for the Bucs this season.

JP Quigley has seen field time for Division 1 Elon, who is having a monster year. They are currently 7-0-1, with the only tie being against Wake Forest. Elon is ranked in the Top 20. Similarly, Ben Pensky is finding the field for a 6-0-1 Tufts College team. He has started twice and played in five games.

Freshman Brady Hammer has been a force for Maryville to start the season. He has started all ten games for the Scots and leads them in scoring with three goals and two assists. He scored the only goal in a 1-0 win over Southern Virginia. Hammer is joined in the starting lineup by other FC Alliance alums: Colin Combs, Will Gallaher, Nick Prins, Tucker Smith, Hayden Tate, Marques Powers, and Nick Prins. Jacob Knight and Warren Hurst have also seen action for the Scots this season.

Another freshman, Jack Raulston, had a wildly memorable moment this season for Berry. He scored the game-winner against Bellhaven on a last-second goal described by the media as a “miraculous way to end the game”. At FC Alliance, Raulston played with flair and had many memorable moments for the 06 Boys ECNL. His success on the big stage is no surprise.

Seth Meade- also a freshman and Raulston’s teammate at FC Alliance- has played in all seven games for Guildford.

Pierce Miller is coming off an outstanding season with Rhodes and has already scored to start off his sophomore campaign. His goal against the Ozarks sealed a 3-0 Rhodes win. Rhodes is 5-2 on the season and have won 5 of their last 6.

Drew Davidson recently scored the game-winner for Centre College vs Maryville, and he is currently leading them in scoring with 4 goals. He has led them to the current record of 7-1-1.

Getting into men’s college soccer is difficult. Not only are players competing with everyone in the country to get a spot on a college team, but they are also competing with thousands and thousands of international players. The goal of FC Alliance is to give every player every advantage they need to not just find a roster spot, but to get on the field and make an impact.
