College coach to assist transition back to club
Brazilian Way Girls Pre-Season Training Program
It’s nothing new for folks familiar with the overall soccer scenery in the state of Tennessee that there is a gap between high school soccer and club competitive soccer. Several girls adjust to make the transition from a slower/less technical/simpler tactical high school games to the demands of highly competitive club soccer. This program is designed to prepare the elite level girls in our club for the upcoming competitive season and provide the tools girls need to bridge this gap in a short period of time.
The Brazilian Way Futbol Academy delivers an advanced training methodology with the primary objective of improving the individual’s ability to make decisions on the soccer field, so that they will excel at applying the FC Alliance curriculum and styles of play in games. As the Brazilian Philosophy dictates, the fundamentals of the sport are highly emphasized (i.e. dribbling, passing, receiving, finishing, heading, etc) so that they can be applied to game situations with incredible creativity. By guiding their creativity, players can be coerced into making logical decisions, allowing them to remain calmer and at an optimal state to work their way out of trouble. The Brazilian Way is all about developing confidence and instilling passion in the player. This program will also introduce players to the concept of functional training, emphasizing all the specifics of each position on the field.
